As Shebeest enters our second decade, we’re embracing fabric technology that I couldn’t have even dreamed of when I started the company ten years ago! It’s incredibly exciting to update classic Shebeest favorites with new fabrics such as SpaLuxe™, making them better than ever. For 2008, we’re also utilizing fabric technology in line with our environmental commitment by introducing Ecowic™, a fabric produced with recycled yarn, and Stretch Bamboo™, a fabric made from sustainably grown bamboo. Taking the technical aspect of Shebeest to the next level, we’re also introducing SB Seamless™ and SB Bodymapping™ fabric technology to some of our signature styles.

Another extremely exciting addition to the Shebeest line is our first-ever Plus Size collection! Women have been asking for it for some time, and this year we’re making it happen. Four of our best-selling styles are now offered in sizes 1X – 4X, and we’ve designed a revolutionary new Plus-Size-Specific Shelastic™ Chamois. Now Shebeest is designed to fit every woman. You can see the new collection on page 11.

So whether you’ve been with us for the past ten years, or are just discovering Shebeest now, 2008 is going to be a groundbreaking year for us. And to think, a decade ago I was designing rodeo jeans!
